On this 1st of April 2018, a new initiative captioned “ Anil Jain Institute of Mentoring & Leadership Development" has been launched. It is a new concept conceived and designed by Prof. (Dr.) Anil Jain conforming to ISO 17025 : 2017 Standards written by the International Organization for Standardization , Geneva , Switzerland . The objective of this Program is to provide Structured Guidelines , Mentoring , Advisories and Hand-holding to fresh Graduates to become employable . More than a million graduates pass out every year and find themselves unemployable in business and industry.

Dr. Anil Jain holds a Ph.D. (Instrumentation) from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science , (BITS) Pilani . He has been the President of Vaiseshika Electron Devices , Ambala Cantt. since 1976 with 40 years of leadership experience in education , business and instrumentation . He has the distinction to be the Visiting Professor at BITS, Pilani for 25 years ; the Maharishi Markandeshwar University since 2013 and Recipient of 15 National Awards. He has deeply studied various projects of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) for education , entrepreneurs and small and micro industrial units in developing countries .
