OBJECTIVE :
The Mentorial Model of Anil Jain Institute of Mentoring and Leadership Development has evolved after 44 years of research , design , development and Field – Trials on more than 2,00,000 individuals .

The Institute has designed a unique Mentorial Model wherein an individual or a homogeneous group of individuals or a team or an organization can be provided Hand – holding and Mentored to trigger the latent human talents, potentialities and instincts to create a Synergy in one’s mind , body , emotions and life energy to generate REMARKABLE RESULTS out of this Human Machine .
