Dr. Anil Jain is an Achieving Professional, Entrepreneur-Innovator ,Motivational Trainer and Powerful Mentor . Having done MSc in Physics in 1974 , he obtained the Ph.D. Degree from the BITS , Pilani in 1991 with CGPA 10 and Excellent Grade for his Thesis on Technology Transfer under the Mentorial Leadership of Dr. S.R. Gowariker , then Director , Central Scientific Instruments Organization , Chandigarh and Dr. L.K. Maheshwari , then Dean ( Research )and subsequently the Vice- Chancellor , Birla Institute of Technology and Science , Pilani.

Major Achievements & Impact of Work : In 1974 , he started a one-man small company Vaiseshika for designing and manufacturing electronic instruments with indigenous technology, successfully produced the instruments,installed and commissioned them in various defence projects notable amongst them the Indian AGNI Missile and Mars Orbiter Mission Space Programme of India. His company obtained ISO 9001 : 2008 Swiss Certification and ISO 17025 : 2005 Accreditation from the Department of Science & Technology , Govt. of India.

In recognition of his contribution , the Govt. of India and the Prime Minister of India presented National Award for Quality Products in Electronics Process Control Instrumentation to him in 2004 and subsequently many awards.

Dr. Anil Jain further forayed into academics teaching and served the Birla Institute of Technology and Science , Pilani as Adjunct Professor in Instrumentation between 1989 to 2010 and then as Visiting Professor at the Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana, Ambala in 2013 and forged a strong University-Industry Linkage and designed their Course Syllabus.

Maneesha Garg is a Distinguished Alumnus of the University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh. She obtained the degree of Master of Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management .
 
She commands a varied experience of more than 15 years in Human Resource Management with leading corporate business houses namely Pantaloon India Limited; Happag Llyod and Lodha Construction Limited at Mumbai and Bengaluru. She has been responsible for hiring personnel in marketing, supply-chain management, logistics and public relations. She has been the Editor of the in-house newsletter of Pantaloon for many years and has been editing Vaiseshika Product Information Bulletin since 2008 having a circulation of more than 15,000 copies all over the world. 
 
Maneesha has visited the United States of America and Germany on various occasions as Member of the Trade Delegations to Hannover Trade Fair in Munich, factory visits to SIKA in Kaufungen (Germany) and Morehouse in York, Pennsylvania USA and has facilitated the markets of professional grade calibration standards in India. 
 
During the last five years, Maneesha has specialized in the Mentoring of School Children for cultivating good values and habits. She has organized Hands-on Workshops on Healthy Foods and Nutrition. Maneesha has the unique distinction to mentor her own daughter Shriya in the field of public speaking and television advertisements. At the age of six, her daughter Shriya became the Brand Ambassador of Amazon, Amul, Pediasure, MTR , Havell’s and Pearson Publications.  
 
Maneesha is Managing Director at the Institute and conducts Mentoring Programmes for Communication, Life-skills, Entrepreneurship and Child Development and Nutrition.
