Anil Jain Institute of Mentoring and Leadership Development, FIRST EVER MAIDEN MENTORIAL PROGRAMME captioned ” TRANSFORMATION IN LIFE THROUGH EXCELLENCE ” was initiated for the LJ Eye Institute, Ambala wherein more than 40 doctors and technicians of the Hospital attended a full day Orientation Programme. Dr. Vikas Mittal delivered the Inaugural Address and the full day session was followed by an interactive, inquisitive and open house session.

Subsequently three Mentorial Sessions in July, October and November have been conducted for the staff of the Hospital. Statistical Tools and questionnaires have been administered to gauge the impact of the program.

Positive feedbacks and incremental attitudinal transformation have been recorded and logged by the Staff during the last seven months.

The Mentorial Programme at LJEI is expected to continue for the next one year.
